A – All of our rooms come with either a pad or screw foundation. We do need the surface to be flat although we can undertake groundworks for an additional charge.

A – All our rooms will be fully completed to regulations and ready to connect up to the mains. We can provide this service although it will be an additional cost.

A – We offer a 10-year guarantee on all roofs and our windows come Fensa Certified. Cube Garden Rooms will seek to rectify any defects or faults arising from any workmanship or materials unless this is due to wear and tear.

A – Our payment structure is simple. We initially take a deposit of 10%, which will secure your order, build slot and installation date.The second payment of 30% of your room total cost (including your 10% first payment) is payable before your installation date. A third payment of 50% of the total room cost is payable typically on the fourth day of the installation on site. The final payment of 10% is payable within 7 days of completion and once you are satisfied with your Cube Garden room.
