Gym and office
A gym, home office and composite decking area designed for a confined space, with reinforced foundations and a slatted partition wall.
Gym
A garden gym sunk into the ground for a high ceiling, with air conditioning, mirrored walls and bi-folding doors.
Guest house
A guest house with a toilet and shower, storage area and utility room, plus integral blinds and internal sliding doors.
Office and snug
A shared office and snug with a separate office space, large cedar beams and an outdoor decking area.
Studio
An art studio with adjustable track lighting, designed around the client’s specific requirements after a site visit.
Music and cinema
A music room and home cinema with surround sound, ceiling speakers and Cat 6 high-speed data cabling.
A range of wooden cladding: Siberian larch, British western cedar, Canadian red cedar, oak, ash, poplar and primrose.
Inset glazed front, French, bi-fold or patio doors, laminate flooring, uPVC double glazing, wall-to-wall ceiling insulation, a breathable membrane, and lights and sockets wired to current building regulations.
Galvanised steel ground screws or pad foundations, giving your room a stable, long-lasting base.
90mm PIR insulation boards with a low-emissivity foil facing for excellent thermal performance.

Anthracite grey uPVC with 28mm toughened glass and multi-point locking as standard. Bi-fold doors and acoustic glass are available as upgrades.
Wall-mounted or oil-filled heaters, electric underfloor heating or full air conditioning, depending on how you will use the room.
High-quality V-groove laminate in a range of colours as standard, with engineered wood flooring as an upgrade.
A WC and wash hand basin with a water heater, designed to be as compact or as spacious as you need.
Fully fitted shower rooms, ideal if you are using your room as a home gym or exercise studio.
We talk through how you will use the room, your garden and your budget, then design a room to suit.
A 10% deposit secures your order, build slot and installation date.
A pad or screw foundation is prepared. The ground needs to be flat; we can carry out groundworks for an extra charge.
The average build takes around 8 days. Rooms are completed to regulations and ready to connect to the mains.
