Emma contacted Cube Garden Rooms wanting to create a garden annex for her son at a property she had recently bought. She wanted the annex to be fully independent of her existing home, with a shower room, a storage area and a utility room for a washing machine and dryer.
We worked closely with Emma to make sure the finish matched her personal specification and taste. The build was away from the house, so we ran drainage, electrics and data to the main house.

A gym, home office and composite decking area designed for a confined space, with reinforced foundations and a slatted partition wall.

A garden gym sunk into the ground for a high ceiling, with air conditioning, mirrored walls and bi-folding doors.

Built up to 3 metres with a vaulted ceiling to fit inclining running machines, plus air conditioning and an English cedar finish.
