Emma contacted Cube Garden Rooms wanting to create a garden annex for her son in a property she had recently bought. She wanted to make the annex fully independant of the her existing home. She wanted a bathroom/shower room/ storage area/utilitly room for washing machine/dryer. We worked closely with Emma to ensure the finish was to her personal specification and taste.

The build was away from the house so we had to run drainage/electrics and data to the main house.
