Every room sits on a pad or screw foundation. Ground screws are quick to install and need far less digging.

Every roof comes with a 10-year guarantee, and every window is FENSA certified.

10% deposit to secure your build slot, 30% before installation, 50% on the fourth day on site, and the final 10% within 7 days of completion, once you are happy.

We talk through how you will use the room, your garden and your budget, then design a room to suit.
A 10% deposit secures your order, build slot and installation date.
A pad or screw foundation is prepared. The ground needs to be flat; we can carry out groundworks for an extra charge.
The average build takes around 8 days. Rooms are completed to regulations and ready to connect to the mains.
